Annekei - Touch, New Album Due June 24th

Annekei - Touch (2009) Annekei's third solo album will be released on CD in Japan and worldwide on iTunes on June 24th. The album will include many of the songs that she has written and played over the course of the past year at various NYC venues, amazing songs all. Coldplay's Free Live Album Released Today

Coldplay released their free live album today as a big thank you to their fans. Click here to download. Here are the details from Coldplay's website. Good morning. We're pleased to announce that Coldplay will be giving away a live CD, LeftRightLeftRightLeft, at every remaining live show in 2009 (apart from festival shows). Starting with the band's first North American tour date, at West Palm Beach in Florida on May 15th, every fan attending a show will be given a free copy of the nine-track CD, which won't be available elsewhere. Also on May 15th, LeftRightLeftRightLeft will be made available as a free download right here at , for all fans (and for the same time period). According to the band, the give-away is meant as a recession-busting mark of gratitude to everyone who's supported them: "Playing live is what we love. One of their songs popped up during an iTunes random shuffle yesterday; giant "Whoaaa!" moment when I looked it up just now to see that yesterday was exactly one year to the day since that farewell show, May 9th. My iPod does stuff like this all the time and with thirty-some thousand songs on it, there's no expectation that a song by The Unpronounceable would necessarily ever turn up. Yes I know that if truly random, every song has an equal chance of coming up as any other song, but the way that the shuffle does things that seem anything but random, all the time, is a subject for another article.
